Refund and Cancellation Policy (Reinforcement)
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee on Initial Consultation: As explicitly stated on our website, if you are not satisfied with the initial consultation service (the first consultation in a multi-tiered package), you may request a full refund within 24 hours of that initial consultation’s completion. To initiate a refund, you must contact us at Contact@Thinkloss.com within the stipulated 24-hour period.
No Refunds After Initial Consultation Period: Refund requests made after 24 hours from the completion of the initial consultation, or after any subsequent consultations in a multi-tiered package, will not be honored, regardless of subsequent outcomes or client satisfaction. This policy is strictly enforced as our service is advisory and intangible, and the value for the entire package is considered delivered after the initial satisfaction period.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within10-15 business days.
Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. Within twenty four hours of time if you are not satisfied by our service User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests. Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within twenty four hours from the purchase of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be more than twenty four hours. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on Contact@Thinkloss.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
